The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early at 1pm. The theme rooms were mind-blowing, and the view from our 4th-floor room overlooking the swimming pool was jaw-dropping. We specifically requested a quiet room, and we were placed in a very peaceful area. The spacious room exceeded our expectations, and we are definitely planning to stay longer next time to take advantage of the abundance of outdoor activities available. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the convenience of the outdoor swimming pool was amazing.

A wonderful eccentric ,fabulously designed hotel----faultless

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and ensuring I had a quiet room. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing enhanced comfort and relaxation. I especially loved the unique theme of the rooms, adding a fun and playful touch to my stay. The hotel's location in the countryside was idyllic, surrounded by fields and offering a peaceful atmosphere. It was a bit challenging to find the directions at night, but once I arrived, the view from the fourth floor overlooking the swimming pool was absolutely breathtaking. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.

Nice setting, pleasant interior design with interesting room themes, friendly staff, good food in restaurant with some local dishes.

There was no baby high-chair available in the restaurant for our evening meal, apparently there was only one and it was in one of the guest rooms. Additionally one of our two rooms had a slightly unpleasant odour about it upon first arrival.

The girl at the desk when we checked was awesome-extremely helpful, she also was the waitress and was very pleasant , spoke English very well. Beautiful updated bathroom, comfortable beds and good pillows

We loved the unique motorcycle room and the overall creative decor of the hotel. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice bonus and the slow-cooked flank steak provided when we arrived late was absolutely delicious. The beds were comfortable and the hotel facilities, including Wi-Fi and cable TV, were great.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I treated myself to the Kaseinwerk event restaurant's tasty daily-changing menus and enjoyed the range of leisure activities, including a sauna and bicycles to rent. The small town of Telgte with its famous annual pilgrimage is also worth a visit.
